Lucas, a famous singer whose biggest hit has been "Mi Amor en Navidad", decides to take a break, returning to his hometown to spend the holidays. There he meets Elisa again, his first love and the inspiration for his Christmas hit.

Follows what would happen if Santa Claus could not go to his Christmas Eve appointment with all the kids around the world.

Three parallel stories revolving around Mexico City’s Christmas celebrations intertwine in the film’s finale. In the first story, an estranged daughter seeks reconciliation with her family. In the second, two friends put their friendship to the test when they start working as competing Santa Clauses in Alameda Central Park. In the third, a lonely chef that cooks Christmas dinners for other families confronts her feelings for her kitchen assistant.

Upon turning 55, Pepe, a bank manager, feels bored with his life. He abandons his family, quits his job, takes a woman younger than him as a lover, and becomes associated with a moneylender.

Arun, a married man, has an affair with Priya as he dislikes his wife Leelavathi, who is plain-looking and overweight. When she discovers Arun's affair, she plots with Dr. Sakthivel to win Arun back.
